Use Advisor Omni to conduct accurate, authorized, and respectful business communications.
Authorized marketing
Use only accounts, audiences, contact data, creative, and likenesses you have permission and a lawful basis to use. Follow Meta’s advertising and platform rules, carrier and agency requirements, and applicable financial-services and insurance rules. Use required advertising categories and disclosures. Do not bypass provider review or approval processes.
Consent and opt-outs
Obtain the consent required for the channel, audience, and message purpose. Maintain evidence, honor opt-outs promptly, and respect applicable calling and messaging restrictions. Do not treat a purchased list or a website visit as automatic consent to receive calls or texts.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive offers, fabricated testimonials, or guaranteed income or investment claims.
- Misleading government, carrier, or professional endorsements, or suggesting a benefit is owed when it is not.
- Unlawful discrimination or prohibited targeting using sensitive personal characteristics.
- Spam, harassment, phishing, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass security.
- Unauthorized biometric or likeness use, intellectual-property infringement, or exposing private client information.
