Data deletion & Meta access
Effective October 7, 2026
You can remove a connection and request deletion of information held by Advisor Omni without purchasing anything.
1. Remove Meta access
In Advisor Omni, use the Meta connection’s Disconnect action to remove the stored connection token. You can also open Facebook’s settings, locate Business integrations or Apps and websites, select Advisor Omni (which may still appear as Community Advisor Pros during setup), and remove its access. Menu names may vary.
This prevents future authorized access through that connection. It does not automatically delete historical campaign records or stop ads already running in Meta. Pause or delete those campaigns in Meta Ads Manager if you no longer want them to run.
2. Request deletion from Advisor Omni
Email michael.racaniello@gmail.com with the subject Advisor Omni data deletion request. Include the email associated with your workspace, your business name, and whether you want Meta-related data deleted or your entire workspace reviewed for deletion. If useful, provide the relevant Meta Page or ad-account ID. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or full payment-card details.
You do not need an active login to submit a request. If you are a client of an advisor using the platform, identify the advisor or business so we can route and verify the request.
3. What happens next
We review your request, verify that you are authorized to make it, clarify its scope if needed, and respond with its status. We delete or de-identify information within the applicable legal time limits, subject to valid retention requirements. We will explain material exceptions such as records needed for billing, security, legal claims, compliance, or honoring opt-outs. Copies in backups are handled according to the applicable backup lifecycle.
Deletion from Advisor Omni does not delete data held independently by Meta or another connected provider. For those records, use that provider’s controls or contact them directly.
