Privacy policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy describes how Titan Vault LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with Advisor Omni, our public website, and our advisor marketing workspace.
Our role
We operate the platform and handle account, support, security, and billing information for our own service purposes. Advisors and their businesses decide what client information to place in their workspaces and how to use it. Where we process client information on an advisor’s instructions, contact that advisor about their practices as well as contacting us for platform questions.
Information we handle
- Account and business information, such as name, email, organization, profile, and preferences.
- Information you enter or upload, such as contacts, communications, campaign content, images, logos, appointment details, and client-review inputs.
- Connected-service identifiers, authorized access tokens, selected assets, campaign settings, and performance data, where a connection is enabled.
- Usage, security, request, and diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and service errors.
- Billing records and payment-provider identifiers. Payment-card entry, where enabled, is handled by the payment provider.
Do not upload information you lack authority to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive client information in marketing content or AI prompts.
Meta Platform Data
When the Meta connection becomes available and you authorize it, we request access to permitted Facebook Pages and ad accounts. This may include Page names and IDs, ad-account names and IDs, account currency and status, campaigns, ad sets, creative, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, and reported actions. We store connection tokens and campaign-operation records to support your requested workflow. We use this data to display authorized assets, prepare and manage your campaigns, report results, troubleshoot requests, and secure the connection.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data, use it to build unrelated profiles, or use it for advertising on behalf of another customer without authorization. The current integration does not request access to personal Facebook messages. Permissions and availability depend on Meta approval and your account access.
How information is used
We use information to operate the service, maintain workspaces, execute authorized requests, deliver requested communications, provide support, manage billing, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. AI requests send the content needed for the selected feature to the configured AI provider. Review AI output before use; it may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Service providers and disclosures
We share information as needed with providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, AI generation, email, telecommunications, payment processing, advertising, calendars, and fulfillment. The providers used depend on enabled features and account configuration. Our public site uses Vercel; the current private workspace uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure. Connected features may use OpenAI, Meta, Resend, Square, Twilio, Zoom, Google, Microsoft, or configured creative and fulfillment providers. Providers also apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Information may be disclosed to comply with lawful requests, protect rights or security, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service providers may process that information to deliver requested messages.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, the account relationship, support, security, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention varies by data type and provider. We use access restrictions and encrypted storage for configured provider credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We restrict access to information to people and providers who need it for authorized work.
Your choices and deletion
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting michael.racaniello@gmail.com. We may verify your authority before acting. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and our legal obligations. See data-deletion instructions for Meta access removal and platform deletion requests. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete all historical records or stop campaigns already running with that provider.
Cookies, transfers, and children
Our public website does not currently install marketing pixels or optional analytics scripts. Hosting providers process requests and security logs. The private workspace and connected providers may use cookies necessary for authentication, security, and operation. See our cookie notice. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Advisor Omni is intended for adult business users, not children under 18.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. Contact Titan Vault LLC, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, United States, at michael.racaniello@gmail.com for privacy questions.
