Terms of service
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms govern use of Advisor Omni, operated by Titan Vault LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Service and eligibility
Advisor Omni provides business software for advisor marketing and client workflows. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use any connected business account. Features may be in early access, unavailable, or dependent on provider configuration, permissions, and approval. We may modify features and restrict misuse.
Accounts and connected services
Protect your account and authorize only assets you may manage. Third-party services have separate terms, prices, and policies. Authorizing a connection permits Advisor Omni to perform the operations you request within that connection’s scope. You remain responsible for reviewing selected accounts, destinations, content, and budgets.
Advertising, spending, and approvals
You are responsible for ad-account charges, content rights, disclosures, targeting, licensing, and approvals required by your carrier, agency, regulator, and advertising provider. Submitting an ad does not guarantee approval, delivery, leads, revenue, or any return. Campaigns may continue running in Meta after you sign out or disconnect; manage or pause them with the provider. We do not guarantee Meta verification, messaging registration, or other third-party approvals.
Fees and cancellations
Any subscription, usage rate, wallet funding, or paid service must be disclosed in the applicable order or billing flow before authorization. No public subscription price is offered on this website. Third-party ad spend and fulfillment charges are separate unless an order says otherwise. Cancellation stops future service according to the applicable order; it does not reverse already incurred provider charges. Contact support for billing disputes. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Content, AI, and professional responsibility
You retain ownership of your content and grant us the permission needed to store, process, and transmit it to provide requested services. Upload only content and personal information you are authorized to use, including likenesses used for avatars. AI output requires human review. The platform does not provide legal, tax, investment, or insurance advice and is not a substitute for licensed professional judgment. Reports are planning aids, not guarantees or carrier illustrations. Do not represent drafts as executed estate documents or imply government endorsement.
Privacy and acceptable use
The privacy policy explains data handling. You must comply with our acceptable-use policy and applicable laws. You are responsible for obtaining required communications consent and respecting opt-outs and do-not-call requirements.
Availability, liability, and termination
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or provider restrictions. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in our policies.
